logo--jewel-explanation The Logo has been envisaged from the Name Perspective itself. That it should reflect “Satsang”. Given that Satsang is a congregation of people seeking “Truth” – two unique universal symbols were chosen. To present where the meeting takes place and to represent the goal itself.

To represent the place where Satsang Happens the icon of a BODHI tree was chosen.

To represent the goal and to represent how this Satsangs formed, inspiration was taken from the “7 or more Make it Perfect” and what better way to represent the same than with 7 Perfect Ashlars.

The Perfect Ashlar being the symbol of perfection – the Adult mind shaped by experience and knowledge.

In line with the above thought, a tagline or motto of Congregation, Contemplation & perfection chosen to describe the purpose and goal at the same time.

Banner-ExplanationThe logo Contains the Lodge Logo of the Bodhi Tree & 7 Perfect Ashlars signifying Learning & Perfection.

In addition to the logo, there are also 5 stars of light surrounding Perfect Ashlars – Signifying the Five Volumes of Sacred Law that shall guide the brethren – Helping them in their pursuit of Perfection.

This Logo is superscribed by the Lodge motto of Congregation, Contemplation & Compass.

The whole logo itself is surrounding by Masonic elements of the Blazing Star, Sun, Moon, The Mosaic Pavement and the two great pillars in addition to the Square & Compass.

Their significance is derived from the ritual which states, “3 Rule of Lodge, 5 Hold a Lodge, 7 or more Make it perfect.”

The sun, the Blazing Star and the Moon Rule the Lodge signifying the Master and the two wardens. Five Hold a Lodge depicted here 5 Stars that represent the 5 Volumes of Sacred Law and 7 or more make it perfect, represented by the 7 perfect Ashlars.

The Ashlars are also places in a form of a Checkered Pavement and also looks like a Honeycomb -signifying “industry”.
